John Moniker is not a person but a pair of awkward artists/designers operating inside a trench coat. We picked the name John Moniker simply because at the start we weren't sure what kind of art we’re gonna do. So we rolled with a name that can mean anything!

We’re based in Singapore, where all our ideas, artwork, messy packaging and detail fiddling happens with a nice cup of iced kopi (coffee) chilling besides the computer.
We… get interested by a lot of stuff. Packaging, Japan culture, anime, games, puns, tattoos, art; if people are into it, we wana dive into it too.

Some designs return in limited batches but others may be sold out for good. Honestly we’re not sure which is which sometimes. It probably involves having a plan. All we have for now is a pan. 🥘
We collate orders for our tees and produce them individually by the end of each month. They get delivered to you latest by the end of the next month! So for example, if you order in mid May, you’ll get your tee latest by the end of June.
International orders are subject to import duties or taxes charged by your local customs office and unfortunately we don’t have the capability to arrange for remittance of international duties and taxes. So these may result in additional fees or delays when it enters customs.
There’s an EU ruling that states that any commercial import needs to have a local contact. We want to be as above board as possible so we have to skip exporting to EU countries for now!
Local (Singapore) orders typically should be delivered within 3-4 days. International orders should be delivered within 12 workings days.
If you pre-ordered tees, we will wait till your tee is produced before sending everything out.
All said, maybe some unexpected happened like the postman being kidnapped by aliens while in the middle of their route. Check in with us to see if we can solve it!
Because we’re a small studio, we don’t usually accept returns unless the item arrives damaged. If something’s wrong, DM/email us and we can sort it out!
